LINE MAINTENANCE SERVICES
Catering to international and domestic airlines. First in India to offer comprehensive turbine overhauling and highest level one-stop services (A, B, C, & D-Checks) compliant with EASA Part-145 and FAA FAR-145.
Line Maintenance Operations
Being on the verge of initiation, VIPL will start its service operation with Line Maintenance Service for A320 type family aircraft landing at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru [KIAB/BLR].
Soon VIPL will expand to A, B, C, & D-Checks respectively servicing all types of aircrafts after hangar construction. Currently, services are limited to line maintenance without major replacements.
- Daily/Pre-flight Walk-around Inspection: Visual checks for structural damage, leaks, tire/brake condition.
- Weekly Check: Basic inspection of engine, hydraulic system, fluid levels, landing gear, lights, and safety equipment to make sure the aircraft is working properly.
- Routine Servicing: Replenishing fluids, engine oil, hydraulic fluid.
- Defect Rectification: Resolving pilot-reported discrepancies.
- LRU Replacements: Quick replacement of line-changeable avionics, tires, brakes.
- Cabin/Emergency Equipment Check: Ensuring passenger safety equipment, oxygen, and lighting are operational.
- All types of aircraft cleaning services
Software Updates & System Checks: Updating aircraft avionics and performing built-in self-tests.
Liaison with airline OCC/Operations for aircraft movement, off-bay work, and recovery plans for AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations.
